This page summarizes the Thermal Desktop
entities supported by the Thermal Model Exchanger during the export.
The following tables list the entities that Thermal Model Exchanger (TMX) supports and the following export types for each entity:
- Complete
- TMX exports the Thermal Desktop entity to the equivalent entity in Simcenter 3D with the same set of properties and characteristics.
- Partial
- TMX exports the Thermal Desktop entity to the equivalent entity in Simcenter 3D with a different set of properties and characteristics.
- Conversion
- TMX converts the Thermal Desktop entity to another entity in Simcenter 3D.
- Not supported
- TMX does not support the export of this entity.
Meshes
TMX only supports the export of 2D meshes. For more information, see
