TMG Executive Menu
TMG Executive Menu is a standalone application that lets you execute processes on thermal-flow files and solutions independently of Simcenter 3D or Simcenter Femap.

Thermal-Flow

- TMG thermal-flow solvers
  Maya HTT develops and maintains a thermal solver and a flow solver, which are combined into the TMG thermal-flow solvers. These solvers are included and distributed with Simcenter 3D, NX, and Simcenter Femap. Older versions of TMG thermal-flow solvers are also included in NX I-deas.

MAYA HTT TMG Executive dialog box

The MAYA HTT TMG Executive dialog box opens when you start the TMG Executive Menu application with the UI command prompt switch.


Option	Description
Process Filter	Filters the processes by type. Basic Lists the processes in the Process to Execute list that are used most commonly. These processes are available with basic licenses. All Lists all processes in the Process to Execute list. Solve Lists all processes that solve different thermal-flow input files in the Process to Execute list. For more information, see Solve processes. Translation Lists all processes that translate thermal-flow input or run-time files to or from other formats in the Process to Execute list. For more information, see Translation processes. Results Lists all processes that manipulate thermal-flow result files in the Process to Execute list. For more information, see Results processes. File Lists all processes that remove unnecessary thermal-flow run-time files from the running folders in the Process to Execute list. For more information, see File cleaning processes. Other Lists all other processes in the Process to Execute list. For more information, see Other processes.
Process to Execute	Specifies the process you want to execute.
Selected directories Selected input files	List directories that contain input files or analysis input files that you want to process and lets you add, sort, edit, and delete them.
Sort	Orders the listed input files alpha-numerically.
Edit	Opens the selected input file in a Notepad editor so that you can edit it before processing.
Browse	Lets you select the appropriate input files.
Delete	Removes the selected input file from the Selected directories or Selected input files list.
Up Down	Reorder the selected input file in the Selected directories or Selected input files list.
Message Monitor	Lists information about the analyses that you are executing.
View Messages	Opens the Select Message to View window. The window lists all existing log files for the analyses that are in the Selected input files list. Select the log file you want to view and click View Message.
Execute Selected	Runs the selected analyses from the Selected input files list.
Execute All	Runs all analyses that are in the Selected input files list.
Reset	Resets the completed analyses so that you can perform them again.
Exit	Closes the TMG Executive Menu application.
