Conductance matrix for beams

The elemental conductance of a beam connects the CG of the beam to the boundary elements at its endpoints and is computed by:

where:

G_ij is the conductance between beam ends i and j.
k is the thermal conductivity.
A is the cross-sectional area.
L is the distance from the element's CG to one of the boundary elements.
