Install Maya HTT License Server on Linux

This procedure shows how to install the Maya HTT License Server on a Linux desktop.

Downloaded and unzipped Maya HTT License Server Linux file, ml2.2.tar.gz, from the Maya HTT Customer Portal.

Create a directory on the machine to host the license server, for example /usr/local/mayalic.
In your terminal, type: tar zxvf ml.tar.gz to uncompress the file.

You are now ready to set up the license.
