Create a support ticket

You create a support ticket on the Maya HTT Customer Support portal when you need assistance from our support team with Maya HTT products.

  • You need to be logged into the Maya HTT Customer Support portal.
  1. Click Maya HTT Support Request.
  2. Click Support Call.
  3. In the form, complete all required fields marked with a star and attach any relevant files:
    • Enter the mandatory Summary, Licensing Issue, Share with, Description, Product, Export Control, and Operating System fields.
    • Use the Share with <my organization> option to allow other users within your organization to view your support requests.
    • Set the export control field to No - Export controlled data is not required only if ITAR or CCG data and references are not required to solve the issue.
    • Set the export control field to one of the two Yes - <CCG/ITAR> Restricted data will be required options when controlled data is required to solve the issue.

    Note:
    Never attach or discuss restricted data within the ticketing system. The ticket is to be used for tracking purposes only.
  4. Click Send.
The support ticket is created, and an email notification is sent to you with the reference ticket number. You can then communicate by responding via this email and the subsequent emails you receive from your support representative, or you can use the support portal to add comments and view all past comments.
