The Maya HTT Customer Portal lets you request licenses for Maya HTT products, download the products, and access their technical and user documentation.

- Contacting Maya HTT
  If you are a customer covered by valid maintenance agreements, you are eligible to receive support on issues regarding any current or past release of your Maya HTT product. We will always assist our customers to the best of our ability.

  - Create a Maya HTT Customer Portal account
    To request licenses for Maya HTT products, download the products, and access their technical and user documentation from Maya HTT Customer Portal, you must first have a valid account.
  - Sign in to Maya HTT Customer Portal
    The Maya HTT Customer Portal lets you request licenses for Maya HTT products, download the products, and access their technical and user documentation.
  - Obtain the license server host ID
    This procedure shows how to determine the host ID of the computer that will host the Maya HTT License Server. The host ID is unique to each machine and is needed to obtain a license for the Maya HTT product.

The Maya HTT Customer Portal lets you request licenses for Maya HTT products, download the products, and access their technical and user documentation.

To access our customer portal, you need to have a valid user account.

The product links open the product user documentation for the latest versions. If available, you can access older versions from within the latest product documentation.

Profile options

When you click on your avatar, you can access your account to change your password, add multi-factor authentication, or view and manage all your active sessions. You cannot change your email password.
