Maya HTT Customer Support lets you raise a request or issue regarding our products, search our information, and view your open requests.
Create a Maya HTT Customer Support account
To contact Maya HTT for assistance with your Maya HTT products from the Maya HTT Customer Support portal, you must first have a valid account.

Customer portals
- Contacting Maya HTT
  If you are a customer covered by valid maintenance agreements, you are eligible to receive support on issues regarding any current or past release of your Maya HTT product. We will always assist our customers to the best of our ability.

  The Maya HTT Customer Portal lets you request licenses for Maya HTT products, download the products, and access their technical and user documentation.

  Maya HTT Customer Support lets you raise a request or issue regarding our products, search our information, and view your open requests.
  - Create a Maya HTT Customer Support account
    To contact Maya HTT for assistance with your Maya HTT products from the Maya HTT Customer Support portal, you must first have a valid account.
  - Sign in to Maya HTT Customer Support
    Before you can create a support request or view your requests, you need to be signed into the Maya HTT Customer Support portal.
  - Create a support ticket
    You create a support ticket on the Maya HTT Customer Support portal when you need assistance from our support team with Maya HTT products.

Create a Maya HTT Customer Support account

To contact Maya HTT for assistance with your Maya HTT products from the Maya HTT Customer Support portal, you must first have a valid account.

In a browser, navigate to Maya HTT Technical Support.
It is recommended that you use either Firefox, Edge, or Chrome browsers.
On the Technical Support page, click Register.
On the Maya HTT Support Portal Registration page, enter your email address, first and last name, your company name, and your installation ID.
The installation ID is sometimes called the Sold to ID or Site ID and it is typically found in the header of your license file.
Perform the captcha to prove that you are not a robot and click Submit.
After the registration is verified, a password reset email is sent to the provided address.
Open the email message and click the link provided to create your password.
